RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We hope you are happy with your S-A products. However, if you not satisfied with your order in any way, it can be returned or exchanged within fifteen (15) days from the date you receive it.
Items must be returned in saleable condition, i.e. in the same condition as you received them: unassembled, unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged and unused in their original package.
To arrange a return or an exhange, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org We will send you a printable address card which you can attach to the return parcel. (If you are unable to print, you can also write the info directly on the package.) Exchanges are limited to items which are in stock.
Note that the shipping fee of a return is at your expense and shipping costs will not be refunded. This applies to the original shipping cost for your order as well as the return shipping cost. However if the product we have sent you is incorrect, faulty or damaged, we will refund the delivery costs. Please note that you are responsible for the returned product until it reaches us, for expensive products, it is recommended to use a trackable service.
When we have received the item and approved it to be returned, we will either send you a replacement or give you a refund according to your preference. A refund will be processed automatically, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please note that refund times depend on your credit or debit card company. The processing may take up to 10 business days complete, depending on the issuer.
